Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

 FAQs

  • We normally process and fulfill orders within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. We use USPS Priority Mail for most orders, although some orders may be shipped using USPS First Class Package, UPS Ground, or UPS Ground Saver.

    While USPS Priority Mail packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days of the ship date, postal service delays are now common, so we ask that you check your tracking information if you are waiting for a package, and then contact your local post office if it doesn't arrive as expected. If a package isn’t delivered within 2 weeks of the shipping date, we will assist in whatever way we can.

    If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping.

    Any order of $49 or more automatically ships for free. Please keep in mind that using a coupon may bring your cart total to under $49. If you’d like to use the coupon and also take advantage of our free shipping offer, please make sure your cart total is $49 or more after discounts.

    Shipping Destinations

    We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship to any other countries at this time. (Soon come)

    Local pickup is available for orders place in the Triangle area.

  • We are happy to answer any questions you have regarding our tea. Once purchased, we do not offer returns or refunds for our loose leaf tea. Tea ware is eligible for return on a case by case basis, with shipping at the customer's expense. If USPS or UPS returns a package to us because of an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, we will issue a

    refund minus the original cost of shipping.
